All treatments require a consultation prior to booking. This ensures a personalised and effective treatment plan for you.

Pre-treatment preparation
For facial treatments and injections, please ensure your skin is clean. For hair treatments, please make sure your scalp is clean. This helps us achieve optimal results and ensures your comfort during the procedure.
Consent forms and consultations
All clients are required to complete consent forms prior to treatment. A consultation will also be conducted to discuss your needs and ensure you are fully informed and comfortable before proceeding. Please note, we operate on a booking-only basis.
Payment and cancellation policy
A deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your total treatment cost. This deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If cancelled past this period, your deposit will be held, and a new appointment will need to be made with a new deposit. The same policy applies to rescheduling. We accept payments by card, online payment, Klarna, and PayPal.
